TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• AUTHORSHIP: All my products are designed by Paula Pizani and protected by copyright. You can add the identification of your store, labels, and packaging that you consider necessary, but please don't remove the authorship identification of my pieces, which are delivered with each product.

• PRICES: the minimum order for wholesale prices is U$S 500.

• TIMES: The processing time depends on the quantity and specifications of your order, but usually takes 2-5 labor days.

• SHIPPING: We work with FedEx for international orders. Delivery times are 2-4 days to the US or Canada, and 5-8 days to Europe, Australia, and Asia. Aluminium is very lightweight, we estimate about 25-30 products = 1kg (2,2 lbs). We offer FREE SHIPPING to US.

• PAYMENTS: You can pay by Zelle or PayPal. We ship upon payment of the final invoice. If it applies, any taxes are the customer's sole responsibility.

• INTRODUCTORY BUNDLE: An assortment of 20 products for your store based on my bestsellers. Perfect if this is your first order. You can choose a pack of 20 earrings, or a pack of 20 mixed products (earrings, necklaces, and rings).

• PRELIMINAR ORDER: if you prefer to make the selection by yourself, but need any help or advice, don’t hesitate to ask! Please make a list of your favorites and send it to me with a note detailing your doubts, or just send an e-mail and I will be glad to help! We can work together on create the best assortment customized for your store. 

• If you know exactly what you want, just go ahead!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• What is the Good Design Hallmark? My design products were awarded with the Official Argentine Good Design Hallmark. In Spanish “Sello Buen Diseño Argentino”, is a distinction from the Industry Department of Argentina that guarantees not only the quality and innovation of the final product, but also monitors and ensures social and ecological responsibility in the production processes. • Who makes the products? Some production processes, such as laser cutting, lathe work and aluminum anodizing, are entrusted to specialized workshops. The processes of design, prototyping, assembly, and manual finishing of each unit produced are in charge of me, personally, in my workshop in Buenos Aires. I adhere to slow fashion work criteria, with small productions in which a lot of attention is paid to the manual processes and finishing of each product unit.

• Do you consider sustainability criteria? I work according to my values: responsible, sustainable and environmentally conscious production. All design and production processes are focused on making the most of material and energy resources, following the three maxims in this order: reduce, reuse and recycle. All the remains of my serial production are recovered to make unique pieces, my production is zero waste.

• Do the pieces include packaging? How is it? Yes, each product includes packaging and an identification card that informs about the materials with which the product is made. The packaging is eco-friendly and compostable, made with biodegradable materials. The necklaces of the Lítica Line include rigid cardboard boxes to store the product safely.

• What are the qualities and advantages of the materials from which the products are made? Anodized aluminum is an extremely light material, soft to the touch and its colors are permanent. All earring posts are made of stainless steel or silver (specified on each product), and necklace clasps are made of stainless steel. These metals are hypoallergenic and of the highest quality to ensure that they are safe to touch and have a long service life. For more information please read the “CARE” section on my WEB site.

• What is anodizing? Anodizing is a process of controlled oxidation of aluminum in which, by electrolysis, the pores of its surface are opened so that they receive a colored dye. The result is a more resistant and permanently colored metal. This is a semi-craft process, because of this the resulting colors may vary slightly from those shown in the photos. Please note that the configuration of your monitor may alter the actual colors of the pieces.
